Raj brings more than 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector as a chief financial officer, consultant, coach, and advisor. Raj has leveraged leadership skills to help nonprofit organizations. He has been a thought leader for chief executive officers, executive directors, and chief financial officers, and he has provided coaching to executives and nonprofit leaders. He has a track record of providing strategic financial and accounting leadership. His experience includes working with financial management, governance, team building, business planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, revenue generation, negotiation, building finance manuals and controls, auditing and leadership training.

Raj has led extensive workshops, seminars, coaching sessions, mastermind sessions, keynote engagements, and group and one-on-one coaching sessions and led workshops on leadership, communication, and productivity across the country.

Raj has held president and director roles at a global education nonprofit.

He is certified with Maxwell Leadership Certified Team© as an executive program leader, is a DISC© Consultant and a certified Life Coach.

Raj is a graduate of Dowling College, Oakdale, New York, with an M.B.A. degree.
