Guest Speaker: Doug Pennington, Director of Communications, Constitutional Accountability Center

Doug has been with CAC since 2010, serving as Press Secretary until 2016 when he became Director of Communications. Prior to joining CAC, Doug served as Assistant Director of Communications for the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, as well as Media Relations Director for American Rights at Work (a labor advocacy organization which has since been folded into Jobs with Justice). Doug’s writing has appeared in several outlets including the Cincinnati Enquirer, New York Times, Washington Post, POLITICO, and Slate. He is a native of Cincinnati, OH, and is graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in linguistics (high honors).
