After 35 years leading major IT and project management branches for the U.S. Federal Government, Billy Louis turned his lifelong passion for infrastructure toward a higher calling: protecting global communities.
As a polio survivor, Billy brings an urgent, deeply personal perspective to Rotary’s most historic mission. In this dynamic 20-minute talk, he will share how local actions—from World Polio Day rallies to joining the PolioPlus Society—can raise critical awareness, champion survivor dignity, and fund the final push to eradicate polio once and for all.
